Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Iteno Market Intelligence Inc., the corporation operating iteno.com and the Iteno service. They apply to the public archive as well as to subscriptions. By reading the archive, creating an account or subscribing, you accept them.

2. Nature of Services

Iteno monitors the tickers on your watchlist around the clock, across SEC filings direct from EDGAR, earnings calls with minute marks, a licensed newswire and licensed social sentiment. When something happens to one of your tickers, it publishes a short analysis in which every sentence carries a citation to the primary document, with a provenance bar stating when it was generated, what the data was as of, the delay status of each feed and the model tier that produced it.

Every analysis lives at a permanent public URL, readable without an account, never edited and never deleted. Every push we have ever sent is kept on a public ledger with the price path that followed. A push is a pointer to something already published, never the claim itself, and it arrives inside a daily cap you set and we cannot exceed.

3. Publication, Not Advice

Iteno is a publication. Analyses are computed per ticker and published to public URLs for anyone to read. Nothing in the service is individualized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or an offer of securities. We do not know your positions, your risk tolerance or your objectives, and pushes fire on evidence about tickers you chose, not on your circumstances. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Decisions are yours.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

The public archive requires no account. Subscriptions require you to be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal and Cancellation

Iteno is offered on the following plans, billed through our payment processor:

• Free: $0. Five tickers, the daily brief and weekly review, the complete public archive, and 15 minute delayed pricing.
• Core: $249 a year, or $29 a month. Twenty five tickers, unlimited push inside your cap, full cited analyses, thesis tracking, and delayed pricing, labelled.
• Pro: $708 a year, or $79 a month. One hundred tickers, real time consolidated pricing, options flow context, the sub minute filings lane and custom triggers.
• Desk: $199 a month. Unlimited tickers, webhooks and API, Slack and Discord delivery, and priority latency.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancel any time from account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires a refund, paid periods are non refundable once begun. Billing errors are reviewed and corrected on contact.

6. Market Data and Delay Labelling

Free and Core tiers carry 15 minute delayed pricing, and every price in the product states its delay status alongside the number. Real time consolidated pricing is carried only on tiers that include it and is subject to exchange agreements you may be required to accept. Market data belongs to its originating exchanges and licensors and may not be redistributed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, scrape, frame or redistribute analyses, data or pushes as a service of your own, not to present Iteno output as your own research to clients, not to reverse engineer the service, not to attempt unauthorized access, and not to use the API beyond the plan that includes it. Quoting an analysis with attribution and a link to its public URL is welcome.

8. Intellectual Property and License

The software, the analyses, the ledger and the site belong to Iteno Market Intelligence Inc. or its licensors. Subscriptions grant a personal, limited, non exclusive, non transferable license for your own trading workflow while your account is in good standing. Desk plans additionally cover internal team use as described at purchase. No other rights are granted.

9. SMS Messaging – Account Notifications

Iteno offers an SMS program that sends recurring automated account notification text messages about the subscriber's account and service to the mobile number provided at opt-in. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to [INSERT SHORT CODE]. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time. If you are experiencing issues, reply HELP for assistance, or text HELP to [INSERT SHORT CODE], or contact us directly at the phone number or email in this document.
• Carriers supported include AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, Clearsky. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Third-Party Services and Data Sources

Filings come direct from EDGAR; calls, wires and sentiment come from licensed providers under their own terms. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor. Feeds can lag or fail, and the provenance bar states the data condition of every analysis; we are not responsible for third party outages, though the ledger records what we published and when regardless.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that any analysis is complete or that any push is timely, and past price paths on the ledger are not indicative of future results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iteno Market Intelligence Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for trading losses, missed entries, missed exits or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the company is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that state.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes are posted on the site before they take effect; continued use is acceptance. The ledger itself is never edited.
