1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, mobile phone number, sign in credentials.
• Watchlist and thesis data: the tickers you follow, the signal budget you set, and any thesis sentences you write about why you are watching or holding.
• Delivery preferences: push, Slack, Discord, webhook and API configuration on plans that include them.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor; we keep plan and status records, never your full card number.
• Technical information: device and browser type, IP address, and usage that keeps the service working and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to run monitoring against your watchlist, respect your signal budget, deliver pushes and briefs where you asked, evaluate thesis checks, process your subscription, provide support, secure the service and meet legal obligations. Aggregate, de-identified usage helps us tune coverage. We do not sell your personal information, and your watchlist and theses are never published or used to target advertising.

3. What Is Public and What Is Not

Analyses and the accountability ledger are public by design: they contain tickers, citations, timestamps and price paths, and they are never edited or deleted. They do not contain your identity, your watchlist, your theses or your subscription status. Nothing about you personally becomes public by using Iteno.

4. SMS Messaging and Mobile Data

When you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent so that we can deliver the account notification messages you have requested. That information is used to operate the program and to send those messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may request help by replying HELP. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, payments, communications, delivery integrations you enable, support tooling), when required by law, or in a corporate transaction, in which case this policy continues to apply. Enabling Slack or Discord delivery shares the necessary tokens with those platforms under their terms.

6. Retention and Security

We keep account information while your account is active and as needed afterwards for legal and operational purposes, then delete or de-identify it. The public ledger is permanent by design but contains no personal information. Protections include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring.

7. Your Choices and Controls

You can edit your watchlist and theses, change your signal budget, disconnect delivery integrations, export your data, delete your account data and close your account at any time. We honor verified deletion requests within legal timelines; deletion removes your personal data, not the public analyses, which were never about you.

8. Children

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.

9. Changes to This Policy

Material changes are posted on the site before they take effect.
